Bridges To Home Health Care Chartered is a small business here in the Brainerd Lakes area. We are filled with kind, compassionate, hardworking staff eager to help you and your family with the care and support in the comfort of their home. We have discovered our passion for helping people and after so long we have decided to start up Bridges to Home HealthCare and help keep families together as long as possible in their homes. When my dad passed away in a nursing home it was devastating not being able to be there when he passed and knowing everything he had to give up when he was moved out of his home. Working within multiple different Assisted living communities it has been difficult to see residence upset because they are not home with their families. With us, we make that a number one priority.
Our services will help our clients stay in their homes where they are most comfortable as long as possible. We will help with day-to-day activities and tasks as well as physical support we are also there for emotional support to not only our clients but their families as well. We understand this process is difficult but we are here to help as much as we can.
